From the few occassions I've heard myself on those, my voice sounds very retarded. But hey, what difference does it make? I'm shameless without a doubt you know :P

Interesting to see they have updated 8-)

No one is ever on when I get on...I even stay connected for a hour or two while I am playing and no one ever comes on...Need to find a way to get more people on TS...

Accatually an Idea....is that set up a board or a sign to interact with and it will ask you if you are on TS or are looking for someone to join with you on TS...just an Idea

Here is some tips I found on using TeamSpeak:

* You need a microphone to work. :P
* Please use headphones, not speakers.
* If people cannot hear you: Guide for adjusting your microphone loudness.
* If your sound card is having problems (i.e., not working, making weird noises, lots of static, etc.): Guide to switching your microphone to your on-board sound.

Its there, but I'd need someone to help me fix my mic. When I get it plugged in, I get statical noses in my speakers. As well, when I speak I can immediately hear my voice in the speakers. That's not how it is suppose to work at all.

An example is the voice recording thing, where you can record your voice and turn it into a chipmonk voice. I try to do it, and my voice won't be picked up (recorded) and instead just bounces out of my speakers.

It does it even with headphones plugged in, so it isn't the issue.

It won't be feedback... it'll be that you don't have Duplex or whatever the name of it is turned off. In other words, you can basically hear what goes through your microphone.

Not sure how to fix it as far as on the device though...

You have to mute your mic output in the volume settings panel, and only keep the input.

Click on the small volume icon in the taskbar until it opens a larger panel, then open settings and properties or something like it. From there, you will have to choose "playback" or "output" from the option-box and make sure that microphone is crossed.

It will get added to the bigger panel and you can just select "mute".
This is an ubercool signature. Bow before me.
