hmm... sorry for being a noob but i can still find it anywhere...

how does bidgy work? is it a fort save? dex save? will save? disciple save?
i've asked alot of people that how does it work.. all i get is silence Smile .. so if someone would be so kind and tell me =)

there are 4 different bigby spells

easiest way to get them is to level as a sorcer maxing out on charisma and constitution. level 9 bigby (Crushing hand is the most useful)

i dont know what the saves are most of them have reflex saves on them.

I thought they were all touch spells, which is an AC save.
Bigby's Interposing Hand (lowers ab by 10) is probably a low ac save.
Bigby's forceful hand is a strength or discipline check, I'm not sure.
Bigby's Clenched Fist is another ac save + will save vs. stun.
Bigbies crushing hand is probably a high ac save with paralyzing effect only that is only countered with freedom or 10 RDD/10 PM levels.

I'm pretty sure thats the basics.

Touch spells require the target to be within melee range.
Bigby is not a touch spell.

They all have different saves.. some are Bull Rush attempt (Str Check) Some are grapple attempts (thats crushing hand.. and it is Str+Bab) and one of the others is a Fortitude save vs. stun.. sorry but I don't know the names of them..

From what I can tell the following are the checks for the bigbies.
The standard save DC = 10 + caster level + ability modifier

Interposing:
if (DC > Will save)
-10AC to target (not -10AB)


Forceful:
if (DC > Reflex save) AND (d20 + 17 > d20 + STR mod + size mod) *grapple check*
daze, knockdown and remove flag
Bioware default uses 14, not 17


Grasping:
if (d20 + DC > AC) *AC check*
remove flag

then if (14 + d20 + DC > STR mod + size mod) *grapple check*
paralyze
Bioware default uses +9 to DC, not 0. Default also adds BAB in grapple check

Clenched:
if (10 + DC > AC) *AC check*
Apply dmg

if (DC > Fort)
Daze for 1 round


Crushing:
if (11 + d20 + DC > AC) *AC check*
AND (14 + d20 + DC > d20 + BAB + STR mod + Size mod) *grapple check*
Paralyze, Immobilize
Bioware default uses 16, not 14

I think helfast did it because he didnt like the spell that was pwning his cleric monk.

Actually I believe this was done by Bioware in a recent patch.
